Legal
Privacy policy
The short version: we store your information securely, we never sell it, and we only use it to contact you about your booking.
What we collect
When you make a booking we ask for your name, email address and mobile number, your vehicle registration, make and model, the number of passengers, and the details of your cruise, flight or event (such as your cruise line, ship name, terminal, airport, flight number, event or venue). We also record your arrival and return dates and any notes or accessibility requirements you choose to share.
How we use it
Your information is used only to manage your booking — confirming your space, sending you arrival and return instructions, arranging your onward transfer, and contacting you if anything about your booking changes. We may use your mobile number to contact you on the day, for example if your return is delayed.
How we store it
Booking details are held securely with our managed database provider and are accessible only to authorised Southampton Parking Co. staff. Payment card details are never stored by us — they are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) under their own secure systems.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for marketing. It is only shared where needed to fulfil your booking (for example with the transfer driver who collects you) or where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as is reasonable to provide the service and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request that we delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. To do any of this, contact us using the details on our contact page.
